Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cargonautix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Cargonautix is a software-as-a-service platform that generates AI-assisted freight quotes, connects to Transportation Management Systems via Model Context Protocol, and facilitates customer-facing quote sharing and payment collection through third-party payment processors.

Quote outputs are AI-generated estimates based on model inputs and public / partner data feeds. They are not binding shipping contracts. You are solely responsible for verifying rates, transit times, and terms before executing any shipment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select unless cancelled. Prices displayed are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law, (b) transmit malware or interfere with the Service, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI orchestration system, (d) share your account credentials with unauthorized parties, or (e) resell the Service without written permission.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You must independently verify all quote data before relying on it commercially.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), Emergent Authentication (Google sign-in), and public data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cargonautix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
